Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your product, select the correct size, add any customization options if available, and complete checkout. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and shipping information.

Can I change my order after payment?

Yes, you can request changes within 24 hours after payment, including size changes, address corrections, or customization updates. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp and provide your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not entered processing or shipping, please contact us within 24 hours. Customized orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 24 hours, as production may already have started.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is included in your order confirmation email. You can also use the Track Order page and enter the email address used at checkout to retrieve your order details.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us within 24 hours after payment. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the address.

Sizing & Fit

Do your jerseys fit true to size?

Football jerseys may run slightly smaller than regular clothing. We usually recommend choosing one size larger for a more comfortable fit.

What is the difference between Player Version and Fans Version?

Player Version jerseys are slim-fit and more fitted to the body, with stretchable fabric.

Which size should I choose if I am between two sizes?

For a tighter fit, choose the smaller size. For a more relaxed fit, we recommend choosing the larger size. If you prefer comfort, are muscular, or are overweight, choosing one size up is usually better.

Do kids kits and women’s shirts have separate size guides?

Yes. Kids kits, women’s shirts, training sets, shorts, jackets, and windbreakers each have their own size guide. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Is there any measurement difference?

Yes. Because products are measured manually, a small measurement difference may occur. This is normal and does not affect regular wear.

Will the product color be exactly the same as the photos?

We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting during photography, screen brightness, monitor settings, or different production batches. These small color variations are normal and do not affect the quality or regular use of the product. If you are concerned about a specific color before ordering, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Can I customize my jersey?

Yes. Most of our jerseys support customization, including names, numbers, and patches.

Can I add my own name and number?

Yes. You can add your own name and number when customization options are available on the product page.

Can customized orders be changed?

Customized orders can only be changed within 24 hours after payment. After that, we cannot guarantee changes because production may already have started.

Can I return a customized jersey?

Customized items are made specifically for you, so they usually cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a clear quality issue or customization error.

What should I check before submitting a customized order?

Please carefully check the spelling, number, patch selection, size, and shipping address before payment. Customized details must be accurate when placing the order.

How long does delivery take to Europe?

Delivery time depends on the destination country. In general, many European orders arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate and usually takes 3–5 business days, but some customized or limited-stock items may take longer.

How is total delivery time calculated?

Total receipt time is:

Order Processing Time + Logistics Transit Time + Local Delivery Time

This means delivery time starts after your order has been processed and dispatched.

How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Customized products or items with limited stock may require 5–10 business days before shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. For many European countries, orders with 3 or more items qualify for free shipping. Actual shipping fees will be shown at checkout based on your destination.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to many European countries, including Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Ireland, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Finland, and more.

Why has my tracking not updated yet?

Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch. Please allow a few days for the logistics provider to scan and update the parcel status.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel through the tracking link provided in the email or by using an international tracking website such as 17TRACK.

What should I do if I did not receive a tracking email?

Please check the inbox and spam or junk folder of the email address used when placing the order. If you still cannot find it, contact our customer service team with your order details.

Why is my delivery delayed?

Delays may happen because of customs processing, holidays, Black Friday sales, extreme weather, strikes, remote delivery areas, or local carrier issues. If your parcel is delayed, you can contact the local delivery company with your tracking number or reach out to our support team for help.

Why was my card payment declined?

What proof do I need for after-sales support?

Are all products covered by after-sales service?

After-sales support may not apply if the product was not purchased directly from our website, if there is no photo or video evidence, if the issue occurs after long-term wear, or if the product label has been removed and the problem is caused by use.

How long does a refund take?

If a refund is approved, it is usually processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment platform or bank.

Product Care

How should I wash my football jersey?

Turn the jersey inside out before washing. Use cool or lukewarm water below 40°C / 104°F, and avoid bleach, strong detergents, and fabric softeners.

Can I machine wash my jersey?

Yes, but we recommend a gentle cycle and washing the jersey inside out. Avoid washing with rough items that may damage the fabric or print.

Can I use a dryer?

No. We recommend air drying. High heat from a dryer may damage the fabric, print, badges, or customization.

Can I iron my jersey?

Avoid ironing directly over names, numbers, badges, or printed areas. If ironing is necessary, use medium heat and place a cloth between the iron and the jersey.

How can I prevent prints from peeling?

Wash the jersey inside out, avoid high heat, do not scrub printed areas, avoid fabric softeners, and air dry the jersey away from strong direct sunlight.

What should I do if a print starts peeling?

For minor peeling, avoid further washing or rubbing the area and contact customer service for advice. In some cases, gentle heat pressing or fabric adhesive may help, but please be careful to avoid damaging the jersey.
